Juice Truck - Reserva de mesa

Today, I was excited to try a smoothie at Juice Truck Steveston, but ended up disappointed with a watered-down drink. It seemed like there was barely any fruit in it, maybe just a single piece. I specifically requested more banana than strawberry, just like I did last time, but the taste was completely off. It's puzzling how a place known for making smoothies could have so much trouble getting a simple fruit smoothie right. It could have been the staff working there today that made the difference from my previous experience.

Horrible customer service. Unable to follow simple instructions. Forgot to add protein in the smoothie, didn’t put any straws in takeout bag, forgot to put protein balls in the order, then put wrong protein balls for corrections. When we complained all we got was attitude. Way over priced for all the issues!! I don’t recommend this place!

I ordered a pressed juice but it arrived warm and lacked any noticeable fruit flavor. Paying $10 for this was a total rip-off. I won't be returning to this restaurant again. It was a complete waste of my time and money.

We stopped here because there wasn’t really any other vegan options and were pleasantly surprised! We got spring rolls that were vegan GF and smoothies for a great priceeverything is vegan other then bee pollen! Reserva una mesa ahora

"This restaurant has delicious smoothies at affordable prices. The Bestie Bowl is a must-try, and their salads are also excellent. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean."

Wow. Bluemacha was lovely. So good I won't let their substandard chocolate chip cookie ruin this 5 star rating.
