Juicy Bones - Reservar una mesa

Well I've been back so many times since my last review and the food has not been consistent. Its obvious that there are different chefs that don't follow the same recipes. I want the chef who makes the amazing fried pork chops and crispy cabbage. Can I request that person only? There is definitely a difference. This is so frustrating. I thought I'd found my new spot.

The food was amazing! From the brisket and fries to the smoked ribs and potatoes salad! The food absolutely reflects the name and the service was impeccable! Highly recommended, compliments to the chef!

Best fried catfish and fried okra in the DFW. I frequently visit here and is never disappointed. Always great service and fresh hot food.

The Barbecue here is very good. It has a Mild Smoke taste that keeps you coming back for more.
