food was good overall, as far as quality quantity but I had to give one less star because they do not allow any customizing of the food, nor do they allow for "special instructions", they do not list all the ingredients in every menu item, there was something spicy they put on my turkey/apple croissant that completely ruined the taste of it. Idk if it was spicy/Dijon mustard or horseradish, but it was too spicy for me overwhelmed all other flavors of my sandwich, so it apos;s all I could taste. I expected something sweet on a turkey/apple sandwich, like honey or even a honey mustard. I also don apos;t eat sliced cheese it had cheese on it I had to take off because it wasn apos;t a listed ingredient on the menu item I was given no option to have it removed. I hope they consider this for future customers. I apos;m either restricted to being unable to order this item ever again due to what is on it, or I have to call them every time I order it to tell them how to customize it for me. Would be so much easier for everyone if they apos;d just allow customization from their menu.

First time trying this place, got 2 crepes they were huge! I was impressed by quantity the quality of ingredients. The only thing I would suggest is using slightly less egg in the crepe batter, or more flour, or maybe cooking them slightly longer, because they were kind of "egg-y" so tasted more like a thin, almost runny egg rather than a thin pancake. It had good flavor, but just affected the texture of it. I would order from here again.

New to Folsom so trying all the local places and this is the best so far! We got the bacon egg Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant and it was FANTASTIC! We also got the Croque Madame and it was better than expected. You most definitely get your moneys worth here and it is worth every cent! Will be back

The Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich is absolutely AMAZING! Great value and absolutely killer ingredients. Everything is fresh delicious. Julian apos;s is still the best breakfast spot in Folsom hands down!

The french onion soup is among the best Ive ever had. The crepes are... well...just heavenly!
