Juliet's Tavern - Reserva de mesa

This is a lovely spot for lunch or to enjoy some drinks. The interior of the building is stunning, rich with history and featuring beautiful brickwork—two of my favorite elements. The service was exceptional, and the food was quite enjoyable. However, I do have one concern: the exterior is in dire need of repairs. I would hate for any accidents to occur due to loose bricks on the second-floor patio or someone potentially falling through the rotting wood that’s concealed by the carpet. These issues were noticeable while I was on the patio and definitely require immediate attention.

A beautiful place to have lunch or hang out and have some drinks. The building is amazing inside! Full of history and brick (the two best things) service was wonderful and the food was good. My only complaint? The exterior needs work VERY badly and id hate to see any lawsuits due to loose bricks above the second floor patio or someone falling through the rotted wood covered up by the carpet. These two things are what I experienced while standing on the second floor patio and they definitely do need attention immediately.

The food was fantastic! I asked for a dish to be made spicy, and it was perfect. The waitstaff were friendly and prompt with service. Initially, I came for some items that weren’t on the menu, which was a bit disappointing since the ownership has changed. My only suggestion would be to remove the old menu items and add some new ones.

the experience we had at juliet was absolutely fantastic. I can't thank sophia enough for planning such a big party for us. ryan the manager was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. he wanted to make sure our experience was great. our bartender jessica worked very hard with a smile all the time. the food was excellent! many thanks! I give the waitress credit for dealing with me at my worst when I first came in feeling blue. She was so great and owner too as well. My family and like it there and will be going back. Creme brulee' and pasta primavera is SO delicious. I'll be back next time to order salads and other pasta dishes.

great food and service. we came on a Friday afternoon and the bartender who served us was fantastic. she made good talks and made even better drinks. Although the place is 55 minutes away from my house, I would like to go there if I am not in the city, just to eat there again!

I had a wonderful experience! Chef Rich prepared an incredible meal for me and my important vegan clients. The service and ambiance were fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the Joliet area.

This is a neighborhood gem, what history! Great menu, bar, staff, all around nice vibe. We only had appetizers and beer as we were just waiting on a delayed Amtrak train and only had an hour but we will be back!

rachael was the best server we had been looking for. so sweet and friendly and treats us all like family. we will be back and this place is a booklet!
