We came in as a group of 4 on a tuesday night an hour before closing. There were no tables available but the server told us he’d let us know if one becomes available while we wait for the takeout counter instead.When a table became available, we asked the server if we could be seated where the group just had left. He looked at us with exasperation and told us he would have to clean it and it would take a while. There was literally a few glasses and a water pitcher.We got seated and ordered our desserts nonetheless. The staff at this restaurant were friendly and bilingual, and were able to answer any questions we had. I ordered the cafe au lait, but found it to be very average, bland, and watery for the price of $5+. My wife ordered the "Nutella" crêpe, which was good overall. However, the chocolate filling and ice cream were just okay, and the merengue crumbled on top had a bitter taste that left an unpleasant aftertaste. We had to remove it from the dish. I remember when this restaurant first opened, its quality was what set it apart. Now, it seems to be overpriced and mediocre.
We got here at to wait in line at 9:15pm. We get seated at 9:45pm. A young lady comes to take our order at 10pm. Now 10:47pm we are still freaking waiting for our order. We got up to go ask them because everyone who came after us got their order freaking desert and ice creams. We are sitting here falling asleep and yawning. Their answer to this is oh sorry we lost to your order . Like who says that. So disorganised. Very unhappy with their service. When we came last time and met Juliette she was amazing. But she needs better staff. Ridiculous!
Waited 20 minutes at the front door on a slow day, plenty of tables available yet the staff, who clearly saw us, never came up to even say hello. I had to walk across the restaurant and ask if they were too busy today for a small group.During our stay, another client walked across the restaurant also complaining about the waiting time.The young girls that served us were nice and polite- but the management needs much improvement.

I went today with my kids, I waited for 20 minutes for someone to show us where to sit, no one, the complete silence, there was only one waiter arranging the forks and 3 behind the chocolate bar, finally I decided to quit , I pass close to the waiter and thought that she will excuse, IMG she didn’t even look at me …. I understand now why it’s the only restaurant empty in the area , good job Juliette et Chocolat, it’s really sad
We had a good experience in this store but food quality was below average. A bit overpriced when compared to the portions or quality of food served. Could work if you wanna treat your kids with a quick snack. Inside the restaurant, there were six tables and four employees. We waited for five minutes to be seated, but the staff seemed to ignore us and looked away when we tried to get their attention. There were more people waiting behind us, and one of the servers was busy organizing utensils. Despite trying to get their attention, we were ultimately ignored, so we made the decision to leave and never return.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's my first time here and I am thoroughly enjoying the experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Juan, who was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service to me and my family. I had a wonderful time and definitely plan on returning soon. It's a shame. Place has potential. Sundae was kind of just thrown together. Waitress looked very unhappy. Resto was empty but we had to wait in line for 15 min to be seated. Odd system where to go orders first and the rest wait. It doesn't make sense. Maybe a training issue?
Service was extremely slow. They should have a manager there keeping an eye on what's going on. Food was excellent but the line up could be a lot smaller if they improve on service.
