I would change my 5 stars to a zero if it were possible ,completely disgusted finding an insect in my breakfast this morning. The server said it was one of the bugs that hang out around the lights on the ceiling inside the restaurant but it looked like a baby roach to me! I did look up when she said that and did notice a plethora of dead insects inside the lights on the ceiling so it could have been a different kind of insect but either way it's unacceptable for a food establishment .Server took my plate back before I even thought to capture a picture for proof but the person I went with saw it too. It was moving around still in my egg, I had to cover it with a napkin until the server came .
We had our Traveling Taco here at the Junction Cafe this Saturday morning and it was outstanding once again. We were here last year also. Our waitress was one of those that remembers everything so that was a plus and my menudo and barbacoa taco was as expected, just right! I wore my Cowboy bib so I didn 't stain my shirt this time, oink oink.?From all 17 of us, Thank You, JUNCTION CAFE, we 'll be back soon.
We sat down and it took 30 minutes before someone took our drink order... Then it took 15 minutes to get our food order and finally we got our food 45 minutes after we ordered... The waitress never attended us with drink refills we had to keep asking for us.... And we are regular customers at the junction at least 2 times per week without fail... This really sadness myself and family...
It’s just not for me. We were in town for work and decided to pop in. I wish we went to a food truck. The chicken was bland and tasteless. I got a mixed fajita and it wasn’t fajitas. Not the cut of meat. Not the flavors. Not the marinade. Nothing. It was just diced beef and chicken in a skillet with vegetables. Rice and beans were not notch to be honest.

The breakfast tacos are delicious, the tortillas are made by hand and they are large with 2 left more than enough. The oatmeal is also very delicious and without forgetting those bisques that are made there very delicious accompanied by a coffee. Our waitress Lucy was very friendly and attentive.
This is the place to go for delicious Mexican Food. Great service and well mannered staff. The fajita botana was just delicious. Plenty to fill the plate. The enchiladas are something that you should try. The owners Mr. and Mrs. Fong have done a good job on keep this business respectable.
Food still great since '89. The only thing from me giving 5 Stars is the 4% credit card charge--very inconvenient and adds to an already pricey (but worth it) menu. Added it 's open on Sundays and later than almost all surrounding restaurants.
Gave the place a second chance upon request of some friends. The food was worse, the service matched the food, and the cost was more than if we had gone to a steakhouse. If you know about real Mexican cuisine, you'll stay away from this place.
