The concept store jungle bar salad is as its name suggests...a salad bar! but you can eat something else (small desserts, quiche), drink fruit juice, tea or mineral water in fashion. The concept of the salad bar is simple: one chooses a base (e.g., batavia, pasta, quinoa.), and one can add three elements to peat each in a category (e.g., cheese shavings, cucumber, seeds, ham, vegetables.), in short one can concoct a vegetated, vegan or traditional salad and portions are copied. The elements are good and fresh, frankly we were three and we all ate well. I had a dessert, a fruit yoghurt with muesli, very good but the salad would have sufficed. Very good surprise trying this salad bar. The concept is great. several basic choices that will suit everyone and then wide choice of ingredients to enhance your salad. Leave your imagination short to create the salad of your dreams! warm welcome and explanations on the concept during your first visit with gift of coffee or extra ingredients when you discover this place! I highly recommend this place!
very good phone reception, very good reception on site .the staff is friendly , smiling .belle room , filled with clarity and cleanliness .we took the menu of the day that was excellent .I had the regret to drink the wine in a plastic cup , c is pity !the concept looks like a self .the salad bar looks more like a bar of chicks .
Good and tasty. Its salad is composed of both the base and the ingredients, there are also hot pies in spring/summer and hot tartines and salted pancakes in winter. The desserts are simple but good. A little expensive though.

A great discovery, you never know or eat a Montbeliard salad, now it's no longer the case. It's fresh and hearty. Two great people who explain how to properly compose your salad to strongly advise.

located in the city center with free parking (which is not negligible) this restaurant offers salads to compose either even, quiches and tartes houses.
a salad to compose according to our tastes, the setting is nice but it remains a little expensive and the concept is original, to see with time.
