Jungs - Reservar una mesa

Came here with a friend for brunch today. Everything is now self service and menu accessed by phone on the tables, couldn’t get my phone to play ball so asked for a menu, none available and staff pointed to choice on the board behind and walked off. Ordered French toast and eggs Benedict with a cappuccino and a mocha. The French toast was very disappointing, basically a couple of slices of toast with some mashed berries and honey. Eggs Benedict was soggy and very salty. Coffees were ok. Staff not very friendly or helpful, won’t be returning.

Our company came in to enjoy lunch prior to our meeting in the area. Kelly was very attentive, catered to all needs and most of all fills the room with a bubbly atmosphere, a smile always and most of all a lovely aura. Kelly brightens Jung’s and definitely is the face we look forward to seeing on a busy day fast and efficient but never falls short on the customer service.

Lovely coffee and omlette for breakfast, lady behind the counter was friendly, the shop/cafe was clean and tidy. No complaints here I do wonder about some of the reviews that have been left so use your own judgement is what I would say.

Customer service is disappointing. Majority of staff are unfriendly. Not unhelpful though. Areas of the floor where dirty, as well as some of the empty tables. Won’t be coming back, disappointed. It used to be such a lovely place to be
