Not the place it used to be. Best stay away. You will only be disappointed. The young lady on the till, taking orders, there 's no table ordering any more) was not welcoming and sullen. We ordered an omelet and asked what came with it. She looked a bit puzzled. So we said does it come with salad- answer we don 't do salad . What about some chips we don 't do chips. It was my first visit. It reminded me of when parents go on holiday and leave the reluctant kids in charge. I was unlucky to visit during this time. The 'kids ' hadn 't a clue about service and seemed totally disinterested in their customers. We ordered drinks inside. We did sit outside for a good 20 minutes, but no one came out to us although there seemed to be plenty of staff all young, having a chat. A simple request to pop inside to order would have sufficed. They clearly did not want to be there. They were out of their depth, monosyllabic, made no eye contact, didn 't smile, and seemed otally disinterested. The teaspoons were all stained. Unacceptable experience today. The girl taking the order behind the counter was very moody and didn’t make us feel like staying there. I’ve heard lots of negativity about this place but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Food was very good but the coffee was terrible. I’m afraid to say that we will not be going back.

Very disappointing. Not what it used to be. Coffee poor. Croissant was stale despite us being assured it was ‘fresh today’ . Solution was to microwave it ‘to soften it’. From my experience it’s a disaster to microwave a croissant. Indifferent staff. All summed up by the dead plants in the planters. Won’t be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora

We frequent this cafe often for coffee and pastries or brunch. Despite mixed reviews, we have visited approximately 50 times and have had consistently positive experiences. Their cakes and snacks have a delicious continental flavor that we really enjoy.

Absolutely ridiculous wait (30mins plus) for our sandwiches. Served by disinterested staff in an almost empty restaurant. It’s was so long that our car park hour long stay overran. Will not be returning!

The restaurant was in terrible condition with dirty, torn, and rotting furniture. It used to be a nice place but now it looks like a dump.
