I often visit this restaurant when they open, but I have consistently found that the staff are unprepared and there is a lack of freshly baked goods. I have even been charged full price for items from the previous day. It seems like they are not worried about keeping regular customers happy, as they always use the excuse that the muffins are not ready yet, yet they still open at 8am. The quality of the baked goods has declined over the past two years, and the muffins are now half the size they used to be. There are often long lines at 8am because there is only one unprepared staff member available.

We always start any visit to the valley at Just Us. There are loads of coffee choices for a variety of tastes, as well as tea, sugar, chocolate, brewing/beverage accessories and baked treats. There is a little museum if you 're interested in learning more about the business and outdoor seating garden. Expect a wait as it can get busy, especially on weekends. Strangely, signage indicates the take away cups they use are garbage and not organic (compost). Hopefully, this will change as will the provision of plastic take away lids.

The interior of the restaurant is currently under renovation, but they have set up a trailer outside where you can order coffee, tea, snacks, and more. They also sell bags of coffee that you can purchase. I personally enjoyed their matcha latte. There is an outdoor seating area with picnic tables near the building. Support fair trade by trying out the excellent roasted offerings at this establishment!

We stopped here to start our visit to the valley and we're delighted with our experience! The staff was friendly and the service was excellent! We enjoyed a Morning Glory muffin (still warm from the oven), huge Ginger cookie, a pumpkin spice latte and cappuccino. Everything was delicious and the value was good too! We enjoyed the coffee so much that we bought a bag for home! Highly recommend!

We struggled to find good espresso-based coffee in the area, but were delighted to discover this place that serves barista-made cappuccinos that we had been craving. The best part was the (slightly hidden) outdoor seating area where we could enjoy our coffee with our dog. We also tried a delicious savory pastry which was the perfect accompaniment after visiting the nearby Grand Pre Museum.

I ordered their French decaf online. Their website inferred it was French roast made for dark roast lovers who need decaf. I was quite disappointed. The coffee didn 't even approach dark roast, much less French roast. Waste of money for me. Grrrrr! You 'd think a coffee roasting company would know what French and dark roast are.

We saw the parking lot full of cars and were looking for a quick bit and stopped in. This is an interesting place. There is a small museum about fair trade coffee which is worth walking through. We both noted that the coffee was smooth and not very acidic and the pastries were good. It's a nice place for coffee and a snack.

We were here first thing in the morning, they had nothing ready… we ordered something dry, it had to be reheated twice, it was so cold so clearly not made that morning. Coffee was good but they COULD be so much better if they actually tried. Disappointed for sure, I was expecting more.

The sandwiches, coffee, and service is very good. Really enjoyed the detailed fair trade museum that illustrates and discusses the importance of purchasing fair trade coffee. I have not seen a fair trade museum connected to a coffee shop before--very neat.
