I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the petitfilets with sautéed mushrooms and fries, asking for the filets to be cooked well done. However, when the food arrived, the filets were still pink in the middle, so I sent them back to the kitchen. When they returned, they were cooked to medium but still had a hint of pink. I was also disappointed with the mushrooms, as I expected fresh mushrooms for the $19 dish, not canned ones. The lack of seasoning on the filets and mushrooms further added to the disappointment. The service at this restaurant was very slow. The onion rings were delicious and my Reuben burger was huge and tasty. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's burger was overcooked, despite him requesting it to be cooked medium. He mentioned it to the waitress after eating half of it, as he was very hungry. I took a bite to see for myself and agreed that it was not good at all. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and would not return. The service was slow and the customer service was lacking. We had to ask multiple times to have a certain game put on the screen. It was just not a good experience overall.

I waited for an hour for my food at this restaurant. The $23 Wiener Schnitzel I ordered was cooked dry and the asparagus was burnt. They were out of both potato salad and spaetzle. They told me they were out of potato salad 20 minutes after I ordered and offered additional spaetzle instead. However, when they finally brought the Wiener Schnitzel, they didn't have that either. Brand new cook working by himself. We were warned by the waitress , but I thought how bad could it be? since we were only going to order a bratwurst and a French dip. We should have left at the first warning. Well over hour wait and then three trips to the kitchen to get things right. Pretty pathetic for a early Saturday evening. There was only a handful of tables in the place so they can 't blame this on a rush. The waitress, however, was awesome.

We had a good experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had dinner there and enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, we would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
