K1 Speed Indoor Go Karts, Corporate Event Venue, Team Building Activities

When we arrived we were told we can race in small groups size of 3 each for 3 races. We got all signed in and paid for everything, and given the time frame,after we finished the first race we were told it would now be about a 10-15 minute wait cause of new groups joining in between . Over an hour and a half later we were still waiting and new groups that came after us finished their racing and left . We asked if we would be called anytime soon and was told they were sending as their order but we were the first ones amongst all the group The problem is that they were letting people who had come in after us through as well as only letting groups of 2 or kids groups. At this K1 speed location, I raced in the junior carts at the 9 to 11 unlimited laps, basically you could go for 10 laps come back in, switch carts and go back out, this location was putting 7 year olds in go karts, basically every single lap had a caution flag out because they were destroying everything, THEY WOULDN'T PUT THEIR VISORS UP! It was plain and simple, they were showing utter favoritism to these younger kids, whenever I was about to pass someone they put my speed limiter on, I was only able to go 15 when others was doing 20, it was a horrible experience and I would highly recommend the adult carts, don’t race with these idiotic children. Had a Birthday party there on March 17th, some of my guest were late and Billy and his staff were very accommodating and worked with us and ensured that we had a great time.

Worst Management. They dont follow the queue. Do not consider karting at this location. You will hate it.
