I received an apology, and I believe it to be genuine. Most importantly, I received an amazingly beautiful replacement salad!!! With the promise that it would not happen again. I purchase a lot of food here and pay a little more because of the quality. I hope that going forward that I will not have another experience like this one. Regrettably, this is the fourth time my order has been wrong or subpar at this restaurant. I've been a loyal customer for ten years, even when they were located across the street. There were a couple of occasions when my shawarma was half the usual size, and the chicken served on my salad was dry—likely from the previous day. Most recently, my order was completely incorrect, and instead of rectifying the mistake, they offered me a 10% discount. As a server myself, I believe in addressing these issues, even if the customer made a mistake, which in this case, I did not. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The whole deboned chicken was good, but there was not a lot of white meat. At most local places, it's all/mostly white meat. The rice was not good. Soggy and overseasoned. The portion size was less than most places in the area. The salad was ok. Seemed like the lettuce was bagged but the toppings seemed more fresh. The dressing was different, but was ok. The hummus was very good. Our meal wasn't bad, but we're lucky to have so many better options nearby.
I found this restaurant nearby, and since I love sandwiches, I decided to give it a try. I had never been there before and ordered a shish tawook and a beef kafta. Wow, the beef kafta was incredible! The shish tawook was smaller in size, but that's understandable since it didn't have large pieces of beef like the kafta. I would definitely recommend this place and will return if I'm in the area again!

As a Lebanese American who eats home-made Lebanese food often, let me tell you this place is the closest you could get to eating in Lebanon. Recommendations: Shish tawook extra, chicken Galaba, meat shawarma, falafel, toom garlic paste!
Best Mediterranean food in Michigan!!! I really wish they had a location closer to Lansing! Came back 2yrs later and the food still taste so good! Pleaseeeee create a location in Lansing!!!
This is usually my go-to spot for a chicken shawarma! The food is always good and the fries amazingly good. You won't be disappointed. I highly suggest!
Food is good. But I recommend turning the place to dine in and not order to go and eat In containers. They have good size seating area.

The shish kebab steak was fantastic! Next time, I'll remember to request some vegetables to go with the meat.
Tawook extra sandwich is my favorite sandwich ever. Their hummus is amazing too. One of my go to spots 10/10
