I hit this place about once a week, it's comfort food for me...1/4 dark, cilantro rice, collard greens. Ambiance isn't great for dining in, and the flimsy utensils they provide are not up to the task of pulling chicken, but price is decent and size and selection of sides is nice. This was my second time visiting this location! I enjoy the food here it’s a few dollars cheaper than chicken Rico in Waldorf, but today the young boy working the front was rude to me for no reason lol I wish him well but he needs to learn how to give decent customer service. The staff were professional and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $10–20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a perfect 5. I highly recommend the Whole Chicken with Two Sides, Roasted Potatoes, and Peruvian Chicken. There was plenty of parking available, and it's a free parking lot.
Overall, the food was fantastic. The menu was a bit tricky to navigate at first, but I quickly figured it out. For my dining experience, I had lunch, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere also a 4. If you're looking for something to try, I highly recommend the Half Chicken.
