We've been going forever when we're in Langenfeld to eat in the Kaisergrill. The dishes are always delicious, from the price ok and in consistently good quality. I was on Saturday (10.6.23) on site to order 3 Gyros with Pommes. Come in and see the gyrosspoke rotating and good through and the lady behind the vault. Asked me what it may be and I have the answer. Then she said that it will take time; it wasn't a single guest in the store, just another person who ran around in the back area. Then I asked how much about. Waiting time I have to reckon. The lady then talked in foreign language with the man in the back area; I have no answer. After 2-3 minutes standing there, I said I didn't want anything and I left. I don't know what this meant, but because of this “service” I was the first time there and also the last time.

Unfortunately, the quality has decreased. I have often eaten or picked up there and was always happy. Great serving and delicious food. It hasn't been quite that for some time. For the 2nd time in a row I had strongly burned gyros and overgarted pommes in the bowl. The portions were also felt smaller. Hopefully this is better again, because as described it was really delicious there.

I also like to watch football, but not during working hours!!! I had the impression that the man was too troublesome to serve me, so I had to wait for the woman who served me very politely. Das Essen ist einfach und lecker. Es ist reichlich auf dem Teller und zum fairen Preis.Da kann das Ambiente ruhig sein wie es ist. Ich werde da gern wieder essen The food is simple and delicious. Sehr nette Inhaber, Portionen sind sehr groß und frisch. Parkplätze sind genügend hinter dem Haus - hier ist ein weiterer Eingang. Es lohnt sich egal ob Gyros, Currywurst oder frisches Hähnchen.
