as long-term regulars, we had reserved a certain table for a family party before 3 weeks. there were no other reservations for this day and we were told this table. when we arrived with 7 people yesterday, we opened up in a highly arrogant way that the table is reserved for someone else and we should sit in the uncomfortable next room. when we pointed out that we had reserved this table, the restaurant manager marcel heuwind replied in rude tristity that they would in principle not reserve any particular tables, but this table is intended for other guests (which were not at all before the place) and he would not discuss it, although he has known us for years. that this argumentation from herrn heuwind is not logically understandable and contradicts itself, as well as his mother-in-law, was not to be imparted to him. we have left the imperial house and will no longer come back. bad experiences with the imperial house have come to us more often lately. up to our own experience we have not been able to imagine it. we can only warn anyone to organize a celebration in the imperial house. in matters courtesy, organization and hospitality, this is a disaster.

the restaurant imisershaus is an old gastronomy operation, which is actually widely known for consistently good hospitality and quality. you see it when you were there, at the many, many guests. with good weather it is sometimes very, very full. the restaurant is actually very outside of the next building, but very nice in the green, a beautiful outing place. therefore for me and my well-known an absolute recommendation. but everyone can convince themselves. I am with my family and well-known in the rest of the regular guest in the imperial house.

gastfreundschaft looks different! have never experienced innkeepers who deal with such a, almost frechen art, their guests! table reservations are not respected and if you appeal to this, you will not even be excused as it would be usual in every second-class restaurant! no, it is suggested to guests to leave the restaurant. for happiness there are in the neighboring restaurants where this does not happen! we are not coming back!

we have been going to the imperial house with the family and friends for years. a little off the road, in summer with large terrace, inside very cozy.There are enough parking options. the staff was always very friendly and the food served quickly even at high-powered. large selection in the menu. seasonal dishes, wild dishes, coffee and cake. to book in advance and to celebrate.
