Hotel and Restaurant very nicely decorated and maintained. Excellent personalized and warm service, very good cuisine, varied and inventive. Unfortunately, close to a busy traffic lane, hard to ignore despite the double glazed windows. Some rooms not directly on the roadside may do the trick. We were guests on the terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Lungern. The restaurant has a very friendly staff. Even when we forgot something, it was sent home with a nice cover letter and greetings. Thank you again and we'd love to come back! Service: 5 Location: 5

Exquisite wooden style hotel with friendly staff and service. Shut out to the chef team of the hotel’s restaurant. Surprisingly, they serve one of the best Fries i’ve ever had. Everything was just right. Wonderful experience Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3
