We used to go there for several years, but I think they are now trying to reach records of mediocrity! The service was never very warm but the quality was at the rendezvous, it was even much better when they didn’t offer a formula at will. Since they have this server, it’s worse and worse, but it doesn’t seem to bother them. We will never go because of him again. The last night we went there, the room was almost empty. The table next to us received his drinks 15min after our arrival, and they were already installed well before we arrived. The worst is that he only brought one drink back on both and remained indifferent to the remarks of people. We finally decided to leave at the end of 20min...
What about this restaurant? Service longer than long and unpleasant server that we frankly lack respect! 30 min to be able to order while the restaurant is almost empty. My boyfriend orders and the server cuts it by saying “I’m coming”. Seeing he doesn’t come back we call him. We explain to him that this is not done, he retorts that we had to order faster because he has no time to lose. Excuse me? The last time we went to the family, more than 1h30 before serving us and the same before the second service! And of course the server was so nice! The quality of the dishes is also very random, shrimp doughnuts with a horrible taste, fresh raw fish and immangeable beef pieces. We will never again
We come all the months with my partner in this restaurant. Quality ratio unbeatable price. The menu and formula at will offers you a wide choice of food to taste (faudra come back several times if you want to try everything : It's all home, demonstration under our eyes. Brushes, sushi ... Japan at will for 20€ per person. Only negative point: The service between each series of commands is deliberately long, in order to have the stomach “scratch” (which justifies the 4/5 . It is therefore recommended to take a lot from the start. However, we will continue to return, quality restaurant and very kind personal.
Customer for a few years, I am very on today. The quality of the ingredients is no longer at the rendezvous. Very angry also to see it pay 14,90€ for a 2-and-a-half-year-old child who barely eats against 19.90€ for an adult while 2 months before we hadn't paid, the best is the boss who tells you Yes Mr but days have paid for other steps...
