Kaizen Japanese Cuisine

I spent a week in Switzerland with a friend some weeks ago and visited the japanese restaurant Kaizen, in Crans Montana.The whole experience was AMAZING, from the location (beautiful views from the restaurant windows) to the excellent food.The dishes are very creative and presented delicately and impeccably, such as the dry ice sashimi. Everything was so yummy.We even went twice and no doubt I would go again.Friendly and professional staff.Totally recommended. A MUST-visit in Switzerland and Crans Montana
