Easily the best sushi restaurant in Geneva. Not the best Japanese but the consistency is unbelievable and Mr. Mrs. Kakinuma should be absolutely proud. The reason for the missing star is just because of the price. It is exorbitant, not their fault, Geneva is...expensive but it is a factor on the experience, while the best sushi in town, is hampered by the bill.
Tadellos. Das Sushi schmeckte gut und das Servicepersonal war hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche war recht schnell bei der Zubereitung unserer Bestellung. Das Restaurant ist schlicht eingerichtet und eignet sich gut um spontan zum Essen vorbei zu kommen. Alles so selbsterklärend und höflich wie in Japan.
Kakinuma has been our tried and trusted Japanese restaurant in Geneva for over 9 years. We go about 10 15 times per year and have never been disappointed. Fish is ultra fresh, cooked dishes are to die for, and service is friendly and professional....What more could one ask for?
We took literally everything except for the tempura and everything was really good. Rice was light and non invasive at all vs the fish that was the king. Fast service also on a busy lunch. Well done! Reserva una mesa ahora
18 years old. I have had the pleasure of coming regularly to Kakinuma for 18 years. If I had to keep ONE restaurant in Geneva, it would be this one. It's simply exceptional. BRAVO and THANK YOU.
