On a eu peur de ne trouver personne qui parle français et ouf le doyen suis sert nous a sauvé !Mon copain a pris la traditionnelle frikadelle frites, sauce tomate au paprika un vrai régal ! Spécialité type boulette de viande hachée vraiment très bon et frites maison Moi j'ai pris saucisse chèvre chaud : un genre de saucisse blanche dans une sauce à la tomate et recouverte de morceaux de chèvre chaud. Surprenante association mais très bonne ! Et ce qui est bien en Allemagne c'est que la bière coûte le même prix qu'une boisson soft

Bon endroit pour manger local. Leur porc : un délice. C'est drôle qu'il nous appelle par le prénom que l'on donne. On était à l'affût pour entendre "Michaël" car ils l'ont prononcé à l'allemande :-D. Il y a de la place mais c'est juste. Leur carte n'est pas trop fournie donc on s'y retrouve. Il y a du monde.

Ich mag Currywurst und habe sie in vielen Städten in Deutschland gegessen. Hier bei Kalinski in Saarbrücken gibt es die Beste. Man kann die Currywurst selbst kreieren, ob rot der weis ob mit oder ohne Soße .... Die Wirtschaft ist klein und bei gutem Wetter kann man draußen auf dem Markt sitzen.

Und die schmeckt auch noch sehr geil. Dazu gibt es süßkartoffelpommes oder selbstgemachte pommes, beides lecker. Und dann kann man sich auch noch diverse toppings und soßen obendrauf hauen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Der pulled pork burger in der Pause immer perfekt. Auch die Curry Wurst klasse einfach lecker für was schnelles essen

Das Kalinski ist eine etwas andere "Wurstwirtschaft". Vor allem Vegetatiern und Veganern zu empfehlen!
