A restaurant with identity, but with room for improvement The restaurant has a unique personality that I quite liked, although it is not close to perfection. To achieve this, I think it is important to find an appropriate balance between the cost of the product, the preparation, the technique and the final experience of the diner. The proposal includes innovative flavors and powerful combinations in the mouth; some were more successful than others, but in general they are interesting. However, my biggest criticism is the size of the portions. The plates are so small that they barely fit one or two bites. This, in my opinion, is difficult to justify, especially when we talk about prices like...
Fuimos un grupo de 11 amigos, el trato, la amabilidad y el servicio excelente. Fuimos a cenar x lo k tuvimos k cojer si o sí el menú degustacion de 80€ más bodega. No soy muy entendida en estos restaurantes, mi opinión es k hubo unos platos k me gustaron mucho mucho y un par de ellos k no me gustaron nada de nada y en general coincidimos la mayoría ... Cuestión de gustos simplemente. La presentación y la elaboración de los platos estaba muy bien. Una grata experiencia. Los cócteles muy ricos, yo personalmente recomiendo el de remolacha... Aunk me imagino que los irán cambiando cada poco.
An experience of 10! We enjoyed each of the dishes that are part of the Kamín menu (the longest) as well as the pairing that was recommended to us. Excellent service and incredible price. The tasting menu was very complete, we enjoyed a very pleasant and familiar experience. The escabeche was the dish that I liked the most, I would definitely repeat it, I wish there was one in Madrid . Restaurante que nada tiene que envidiar a un estrella Michelin. En breve lo será. Los menús degustación están muy ricos. Bien en cantidad y elaboración. El propio restaurante esta muy bien decorado, además tiene cada mesa la opción de que sea un poco privada. Creo que merece la pena conocerlo Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
