Absolutely breathtaking place for dinner. We did the three course meal on the water and it was not disappointed. Our meal was at sunset, a perfect way to finish our stay in Hawaii. The food I had was good, not as good as some other three course meals I had, especially in Vegas, but it was the best meal we had on the island and the view was more than enough. I ordered a lava flow in addition to my meal, which was super good. The onion rings were very fat, but honestly, that's my fault all onion rings are fat I was just crazy hungry when I ordered and went a little overboard. They give you bread at the table, so learn from me and simply mix the bread, the meal itself is more than enough.

Our first night at Hilton Waikoloa we had a dinner at Kamuela Provision Company. As other critics note, the setting is directly above the sea with a front row seat to sunset, which in and from itself makes it all worthwhile. But we also felt that the food was served nicely and delicious, the 3 course tasting menu and some extras such as fresh oysters and the Maui onion ring tower with spicy aioli. Our server Cornelious was wonderful and made sure that we can enjoy the courses slowly and evenly so that we can relax and simply enjoy the evening. It was the perfect first night in Hawaii.

Great location with beautiful views. We had a great evening meal overlooking the sunset. The service was great and the wine was good. I am not sure if the meal itself is worth the price they charge, but for the great time and the views it is worth visiting. There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel.

We had a great evening here! Book early as sunset times are in high demand. The tasting menu was great as we sit outdoors, come hungry otherwise feel free to ask to go boxes. Drinks were super delicious, and the food was great.

We had reservations for dinner and sunset . The winds were not cooperating. They got us as close to outside as they could . The sunset on my 20th anniversary with my wife.. Total package ... Breath Taking.
