Kan Ichi - Reserva de mesa

Outside of Japan, I've only tasted that kind of mind-blowing, buttery soft raw tuna in two places: at Bamboo Sushi in Portland, and now at Kan Ichi here in Versailles. My friends and I had the tasting menu, and every item in it was superb: great salmon sushi, a juicy omelette, a really well cooked white fish, and tuna steak grilled only for a second. The quality of both fish is beyond any I've tasted in France. In addition to the food (the menu also includes dessert and tea) the staff were super attentive and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable: they brought out coats so we wouldn't be cold outside (the inside is tiny so we could only sit outside), and were happy to modify...

We stumbled across this little restaurant by chance on our last night in Versailles. It was superb! Both chefs create a truly personal experience with fresh, tasty and beautifully presented dishes. My husband and I loved it and I would highly recommend.

Fresh quality products, fresh Japanese salads. Bentos in ecological boxes, service and quality reception. The best Japanese cuisine reference in Versailles: authentic taste! Always a pleasure to enjoy even if I know all the map!

very small in size but very large for everything else (reception, hygina, service, quality of the dishes I recommend the ferm of the eyes and return the ferm of the eyes.
