I will not sugar coat this place, it is not for everyone. Kang Kang Shau May is a hidden gem bringing delicious Chinese comfort food. It is not the typical Panda express or other places trying to copy them, they bring a unique experience to the table by offering the traditional Asian fare. Specializing in Beef Wonton Noodle Soup, Shanghai Pan fried pork dumplings, beef rolls, Pork sticky rice, Pork Xiao Long Bao and so much more! Honestly, it was my first time and I loved it. I plan to come back often but not too much, I fell into a deep food coma after eating all the delicious food! Lastly, I am a big fan or Raina Huang, an amazing youtuber that loves to eat!! #rainaiscrazy check the video...

The food I got here wasn't all that great. I got the chow fun which is fat flat noodles stir fried with slices of beef with onions and and Napa. The noodles were overly saturated with oil. The second dish was sweet and sour pork but the pork pieces were almost nonexistent because we got more batter than anything else. Lastly we got fresh watermelon drinks which was the only thing good there. The service wasn't really anything good nor bad as I ordered the food to go at the location. As for the ambiance it was a large room with patrons eating their meals. It's not a romantic place but more of a fast food feel type of restaurant.

Honestly, it was my first visit, and I loved every moment. I plan to return frequently—just not too often, since I ended up in a serious food coma after indulging in all that amazing food! Also, I’m a big fan of Raina Huang, an incredible YouTuber who loves to eat! Check out her video where she devours a mountain of Shanghai Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings. She offers fantastic insights, especially for someone who grew up dining here. Parking: On-site parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is wheelchair access.

They have multiple branches, all serving the same delicious food, which is why we decided to stop by today. It’s a great choice for families of all ages. A must-try is their 生煎包 (pan-fried dumplings), which taste fantastic with vinegar, and you can fill up on just 4 to 5 of them. I did take off one star because the cleanliness could be improved—the restrooms need some attention, and the tables can feel a bit sticky. Nonetheless, I still love the food, which is why we keep coming back for more! Reserva una mesa ahora

I would give this restaurant three and a half stars for its variety of food at a great price. You can choose 3-4 items to accompany rice and soup, or you can order complete dishes from the menu. They offer dumplings as well as standard dishes. Don’t expect much in terms of service or assistance, as it’s a Chinese-speaking establishment that anticipates you know what you want and may not respond well to questions. Overall, the prices and selection are good, and the food is decent.

It is a cheap, value-oriented place.Don't expect anything to taste great. It's like Panda Express, just more local (read: Chinese not American Chinese). The prices are good, around 6-7 dollars after tax for a choice of three entrees. Similar quality as you would find in a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in mainland China where the dishes cost around 2 USD each.Stay away from the items on the menu on the wall and the ice deserts. All are bad and more expensive.

Yesterday, I dined at this restaurant. Since the weather was fairly mild, the air conditioning was not turned on, and the door was left wide open to improve air circulation. Unfortunately, this led to flies swarming around the place. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but my concerns went ignored. Frustrated, I felt compelled to report the situation to the local health department to prompt action on the matter.

This is a fantastic spot to grab some shengjianbao (Shanghainese pan-fried buns), along with a variety of other dishes from across China. The takeout section for cooked food is a real bargain, especially if you're a fan of Sichuanese cold dishes, as it includes rice and a small soup. They also offer frozen dumplings that you can purchase for easy meals at home. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m originally from Ventura but currently working out here, and I must say, this is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. I definitely plan to return and sample more items from the menu!
