pleasant atmosphere for this tea lounge bar overlooking the iconic square of the small town of toul. friendly and smiling staff. room with modern and comfortable decoration. the sound atmosphere is good and allows to sip its tea quietly while discussing without being disturbed by the conversations of the nearby tables or the music that is played in the background.
