Normally I don’t write such negative reviews but my experience was nothing short of awkward and embarrassing.I went with my family because this place was great years ago, however it has quickly succumbed to the tier of fast food.The food: The food is not freshly prepared, the chicken breast on the pasta was so thin I laughed when I saw it. It was also distastefully chewy which shows how little meat they used because of how cardboard it felt. The pasta was way too spicy, I understand it’s fusion and not authentic Italian but it didn’t even taste like penne. Not to mention the quantity of the food, it was so poor in comparison to the asking price . The bread alone was 2 slices for $7-8!!!! I a...

Kara Mia truly has set the bar for a good Halal Italian restaurant. The ambience was elegant coupled with the soft lighting and tasteful music, created a sophisticated and comfortable ambiance. The menu showcased a wonderful fusion of flavors, it was evident fresh ingredients were used, and the presentation of the food was impeccable. The waitstaff were knowledgable and attentive. The service was prompt and excellent. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for comfort food, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

This Italian restaurant is a great choice for a date night or family dinner! The staff is very friendly and always available to assist with any needs, such as providing a new fork or refilling water. They offer a special saffron cream sauce that is used in various dishes like pastas, steaks, and poutine. I recommend trying something with this sauce. Dietary restrictions: Halal.

Went to Kara Mia after many years. Pretty decent establishment. The menu is small and not overwhelming. Service was very good. I had the hot spot burger and saffron sauce poutine. Was expecting the burger to be more spicy given the name. The fries were not that great but the saffron sauce was good. Prices are a little on the high end compared to similar restaurants.

I’ve given a 3 star based on what we ordered, but the customer service was really good and quick. I ordered the ribeye steak and fries. Steak didn’t taste that good of quality. My son enjoyed his Chicken Parmesan, for me it was pretty bland. My wife ordered the rose’ penne pasta and she was happy with it. Like always, try it for yourself.

I don't usually rate 5 starts to the restaurants, but Kara Mia's food was awesome and deserves this rating. Their steak is amazing, and saffron Putin was out of this world. Staff is also really nice and provides the best service.

Amazing food and amazing service. Talha makes the experience great! He had great suggestions and ideas to help you order. Before we needed anything he was there providing it. Had an amazing time with delicious food!

The food and service at this restaurant were both amazing. We were a large group and the staff treated us exceptionally well. Thank you! I highly recommend trying the saffron poutine.
