The chatpata puri, breads (laccha paratha and onion kulcha), and rasmali were good. The rasmali was actually amazing. The butter chicken gravy was good but the chicken (I think it was white meat) was a bit dry which took away from it. The service was attentive. There was a really strong odor in the restaurant that smelled like turpentine which made it a lot less pleasant to eat there. Hopefully that's temporary and goes away.
I have dined here twice now and have loved everything I have had. The restaurant smells of beautiful spices as you enter and everything is so fresh and well made. The service is amazing and the owners are so warm and friendly. You feel like you are dining in their home. This will definitely be a go-to favorite for me in the future.
Excellent Indian cuisine with a welcoming owner who's dedicated to serving people the foods he loves. Never rushed, quiet enough to hear your fellow diners (rare in NYC) but mostly great food. This is a neighborhood gem that you'll return to.
We went fairly early so there was no one else eating. The food was delicious! They did mess up our order and gave us chicken korma instead of lamb but we were so hungry we devoured it. It was all really good! Will definitely be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was delicious. It is a humble but lovely place and the staff was very attentive. It was quiet at lunchtime.
Ordered kadahi paneer and it had raw vegetables not even cooked .U get rice complimentary here which is good.
