Karl Strauss Brewing Company

Great brewery near South Coast Plaza in Orange County. They brew their own beer at Karl Strauss, but they also bring in guest taps of outside brewers beers. I really enjoyed the appetizers that our party shared. They have a full menu that you can see via your smart phone after scanning the bar code on the table. I regret not taking photographs when I was here.

Great stop for food and beer. Many beers on tip and a good selection of menu items. I had the Buffalo Burger with Fritten and it was so delicious! My husband had the beer sausage and the hot mustard that came with him was so good... made me miss Germany. My son had the chili frits and it was a nice size part, he polished it out!

location parking: in a plaza with the color mine and nordstrom frame. a lot of parking in the structure! Eat: I ordered the double truffles.

the pork chops, where perfectly cooked and the coating was beautiful. I found a new favorite. don't watch them!
