If you want to enjoy typical German food (Sauerbraten, Schnitzel, Geschnetzeltes etc.) in a nicely decorated setting you should give this Croatian restaurant a try. We always joke that you can get the best German food in a radius of a couple of kilometers right here. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is not overly cordial but the service is correct and quick. The outside seating is a bit noisy because the place is situated at a street corner. There is no parking space available but a tram station is located within a few feet walking distance. We love to go there especially when we come back from travelling and crave something homey like Jägerschnitzel with French fries and a side sal...
Mein Mann und ich waren dort zum ersten Male essen weil ich Lust auf Koatisches essen hatte seit langer Zeit. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Die Besitzer waren sehr sehr nett und freundlich wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das essen richtig lecker wir sind glücklich und zufrieden nach Hause gekommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und seit heute neue Stammkunden

I'm already a public guest at Karlseck and I want to say how great you can eat there. They'd have to make a lot more advertising for themselves. The food has always been excellent but since the redesign of Karlseck with a new ambience everything has become much better. I can only put everyone in the heart to go for food.

We fed parts of the Christmas god in Karls-Eck today. Everything exquisite and deliciously prepared. Service gave us friendly and accommodating. Local facilities, ambience, cleanliness, friendliness invite you to another dive we want to redeem as a new subscriber. We, the old Berlin, can recommend the restaurant.
Heute spontan zum Essen gegangen. Das Lokal hat eine schöne, dezente adventliche Dekoration. Leise Musik unterstreicht das Ambiente. Die Gänsebrust war knusprig gegart und schmackhaft. Das Essen schön angerichtet. Gerne wieder.
Schlichtes Lokal. Personal freundlich. Essen ist nicht so gut. Waren mit 9 Personen dort um einen schönen Mädelsabend dort zu verbringen. Das ist trotz des mittelmäßiges Essen gelungen. Alle hatten ein anderes Gericht.
Kann man nicht empfehlen, Djuwitschreis geschmacklos, Fleisch zäh und trocken! Das erste Essen was kam von 8 war schon wieder kalt! Man könnte auch was freundlicher sein. Ergo nicht wieder!
