I have been there 3 times now. First 2 times were great. Tonight going there for date night we left disappointed, hungry and over charged. The apps were great. I got the black cod which tasted awful, definitely frozen for a long time and inedible. I had to send it back which I never do. The waiter instead of just accepting said he had to check with his manager and admitted so they don't sell it often for obvious reasons. He said I'd have to pay a surcharge but would get me something else. I said ok. Please get us to drinks while we wait. He agreed. 30 minutes later I get the new dish after my date already has been long done with there's. No drinks still. The new dish was good other than the...
After 30 minutes, I finally received my new dish, while my date had already finished hers. We still hadn't received the drinks. The new dish was decent, except for the scallops, which were, again, obviously frozen and inedible. I decided to remove them, and still no drinks. The waiter never came back to check on us, see if we needed anything, or even follow up on the drinks we had requested an hour earlier. They ended up bagging my leftover food and unfortunately included the discarded scallops.
I’m really disappointed. I go out once a week to enjoy a good meal, and I don’t expect to spend $100 for service and food like this. It might have just been an off night since I’ve liked this place...
The food here is fantastic! However, I'm deducting two stars because the service can be inconsistent. The servers often don’t seem to understand dietary allergies or sensitivities. I specifically asked for a dish without bell peppers, but it arrived with them included. I sent it back, and I could see the server removing the bell peppers by the kitchen door. Despite mentioning my allergy four times before and after she brought the dish, she still didn't seem to understand. Other than that, I have always enjoyed the food!
I've dined here a few times and generally found the food to be quite good. However, during my last visit, I ordered a martini and was surprised to find that I was charged a dollar for each olive in the drink. I was quite irritated by this, as it's uncommon for bars to charge extra for garnishes, especially when the drinks are already priced at $16. It's frustrating to see such greed; charging extra for something so trivial feels ridiculous.

Don 't buy gift cards here! Bought two $50 gift cards at the Andover Karma and when I went to use them, they wouldn 't accept them. They said, These are only good in the Burlington Karma. WHAT!? I bought them at the Andover Karma. They absolutely REFUSED to honor them.
Beautiful ambiance, fast service, and fresh fish. I’m traveling through Massachusetts and this place is an absolute gem! The yellowtail and jalapeño appetizer along with the Paradise roll were very flavorful. You can’t go wrong with the sushi here. Service: Dine in
