The potato house is a small, rustic restaurant in the most historical location of the Silberstadt Freiberg, because in the immediate vicinity of its location, i.e. at the Schüppchenberg, silver was first found in Saxony in 1168. Nice ambience, unfortunately the service and kitchen seemed slightly overwhelmed. The food was tastefully fantastic, but unfortunately not through and the run-up in the middle lukewarm. We had the impression that it was tactile in time and that you could not really enjoy your stay.

We were in the potato house. Earlier there was a changing map with interesting potato dishes from all over the world. Unfortunately, nothing has changed on the current map forever. Also the selection of beer with the Oberdorfer Hölle is not well chosen.

Just fucking delicious! Price/Performance top ordinary portions for a reasonable price. Also the homemade lemonade is highly recommended!
