First time visit for half term treat. Taken to table but not asked if we'd been before so after helping ourselves to menus from other tables we waited ages thinking they would come and take our order but eventually asked and were told to go up an order. We were the only people in there. Tables all around us were being cleaned and then tipped up so it kind of felt like we were in the way. Helped ourselves to cutlery from buckets on other tables. It was freezing from the air con which was literally blowing the napkins around the table. I don 't go to Kaspas too often because of the prices. But have been occassionally for a treat. My son and myself visited on 26th February in the afternoon. We ordered an ice cream a slice of cake and a tea. We were asked to sit at a 2 person table which was directly under the speakers in the ceiling. The music was very, very loud and my son said it was the group 'Muse '. I love all sorts of music but this was awful and went on for ages. I was not feeling great and told my son it would help if we moved away from the speakers. He told the female worker we were moving to another table due to the noise and she said that would be OK as long as we sat at another 2 person table. The restaurant is...
I am a student, and as the girl was putting my transaction through the till, I asked if they accepted student discount, and she said yes. I asked if I could use my student card and she said that I was too late as she had already put my transaction through. I said, cancel it and start again , and her reply was that my reason for cancelling was not good enough. There were no customers waiting to be served. What about if I changed my mind and walked out and back in again? Would she have given me discount then for a new order?.......
Went today and I walk in a rude staff member showed up. I asked to sit in a both as wasn’t busy, she said she couldn’t because the back part was closed and they will need the restaurant!!! They were rude during all the expert. It’s not the first time I’m going there and it’s ridiculous. When does management will realise they need to change this staff ? Shame , terrible place ... the person who served as was tanya shift leader !!!!

I went here with a friend and our children on my daughters birthday. It was mentioned that as it was my daughters birthday she would receive a free milkshake, however when I asked they said they wanted proof of her birthday had I have known this before they mentioned the free milkshake then fair enough, but who carries a 10 year olds birth certificate or passport around? They shouldn't have mentioned it and got her hope's up.
Went there on Saturday evening,around 7pm. Wasn’t busy...Staff welcome us on the door and take us to the table- dirty table. We didn’t get a menus, after few minutes wait we were to other table and take ours menus because no ones from staff wasn’t interested of us. One menu was on the floor, so maybe we suppose to pick up ... and have for ourselves.
We have come here a few times mainly as a treat for my toddler. The variety of ice creams and cakes is brilliant and spoilt for choice, however the crepes and waffles are overpriced for quality and quantity. Staff are ok they do the basics but don't offer the extra mile or the customer experience i would expect from a service industry like this.
What a mess. Dirty tables while not busy. Very slow service as it was not busy. Staff looked like they were going to use up all the tables before clearing up the others. Waited 10 mins for a table quite bad as there were only 6 tables in use. NEVER again

Waited more than 10 minutes to submit the order at the counter and waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees to arrive.
We fancied something sweet so popped into Kaspa's in Braintree with my sister and 2 yound nephews.
