As my family entered the restaurant, we noticed a group of Ethiopian men watching Mexican soccer on a large TV in the dining area. The diverse crowd included guests from various backgrounds and cultures. We ordered the sampler for three, which included a variety of delicious meat and vegetable dishes served with injera. I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! Prior to coming here, I had never tried Ethiopian cuisine, so I didn't know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Vegetarian Combination dish. The host and server were very friendly and provided excellent service. The portions were extremely generous, enough for 2 people to share, and possibly even 3 or 4. I regret not trying this cuisine sooner, but I am looking forward to returning to this restaurant in the future!
This is the best Ethiopian food I've ever tried! The combination platter had a delicious mix of meat and vegetable dishes. The flavors and spices were amazing. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and I am already planning to go back with a bigger group of friends soon. Thank you!
The vegetarian combo for two at Katar River is delicious, artistically plated, and comes with a generous amount of food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend visiting Katar River for a great dining experience with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available.

We ordered the combination for two, dining in. The meal included lots of injera and perfectly spiced dishes such as beets, corn, chicken, beef tips, and curry chicken. Everything was delicious. This was the best Ethiopian food I've had in a long time. Rating: 5/5.
Delicious! The small platter was $22 and packed with flavor. We also enjoyed the lentil sambusas. The service was kind, and the outdoor seating was relaxing. There is also a small market inside with dry and bulk goods. We will definitely return!
Food was amazing the service was thorough and helpful! We shared the sampler platter and couldnt finish the dish meant for two between the three of us! Harsh lighting and the TV was playing a low quality animal channel off youtube.
I ordered the combo for 3 for pickup and it was a lot of food! We will have plenty of leftovers and I'm very happy. Very delicious, great flavors, 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone looking for a good meal.

My wife and I got the veggie sampler for 2 with gluten-free injera. We stuffed ourselves and put enough in out takeaway box for another meal. Very friendly server and tasty food!
Food taste and flavor is stable to the culture and have no signs of shortcuts with taste and flavor. Portions are great, and prices are fair which is why I will come back.
