I was worried when we first went to a buffet. but each article has been explicitly referred to as a teller name, milk or non-dry and possibly even gf! my experience was very pleasant afterwards. the vegan dishes were excellent, and I was surprised by the variety I could eat.

Great all-you-can eat lunch buffet that was actually delicious! They are not just phoning it on like a lot of Indian buffet. Tons of dishes, great selection, inexpensive. Sit on the patio if it's nice sweet! We went back twice.

The buffet is really great with lots of vegan options. They will also serve naan without ghee (clarified butter) if you ask. The owners are great and I'm glad they have a Boulder location in addition to Nederland

I’ve only had the buffet, but thought it was really great. They label whether or not things have dairy or gluten so it’s easy to know what you can eat if you have dietary restrictions.

The buffet actually had vegan options and there are plenty more on their menu. We loved it and recommend this place for fresh Indian food. Service was good and fast.
