I ordered the carbonara udon, and it was very surprisingly good. it was my first experience to combine an Asian style nudel with a European style creamy rich sauce. I understand that it is not necessarily considered a fusion kitchen for some people, but for me it felt safe as it was. Good food. Service is a bit slow due to lack of personnel. The staff are nice and polite. Near the skytrain station. Limited free parking. Reasonable price. The table near the door us not a good idea during winter or cold days. Not accessible for persons with disabilities. How come the staff inside are not using their face mask properly. Looking for an original authentic Japanese meal to try? Katsuya is worth your time and . We ordered: 1-Carbonara 5/5 great if you are into seafood flavor 2- Original 4/5 would recommend trying something more flavorful 3- Brick Cheese 4/5 (only order if you are into cheese very much) personally i felt the cheese over powered the rest of the taste but it was a fun dish to try. All food came with refill great warm miso soup ????. Fun fact: their shop bakes fresh bread everyday and use it to make the special panko breading on top of the meat. Note: portions are big and generous plan to go on an empty stomach!
This charming little spot has fast, friendly, and efficient service. The food was fantastic with large portions and bold flavors. The cheese perfectly complemented the pork cutlets, which remained crispy even when coated in sauce. The portions were generous, making it easy to share with a friend or partner if you have a smaller appetite. a small position. service was fast, friendly and accurate. the eating was amazing, large portions, great taste. the cheese never exaggerated the pork, and the carvings were perfectly crispy, even when dressed with the sauce. also here were huge parts, so if they don't have the biggest appetit, they can share a job with their friend and/or their partner. Chicken karage is definitely one that comes back. crispy outside, soft moist bun through. definitiw will be back
love eating and the option. the kartoffel ball (forgot the name) is surprisingly delicious. went there a couple of times after and a little disappointed that the delicate black option is gone, but still don't stop going again. a side note, I ordered the delivery from this restaurant once and the way she prepared was perfect. filz exactly the same as din in, they separated the sosty and pork so that the fried pork will not be soggy when it comes.

This is a great place to have a meal. I tried the original pork loin katsu, which was recommended, and it was delicious. The batter was crispy and the pork was juicy. The portions were generous, but the prices were a bit steep (but that seems to be the case at most places nowadays). beautiful place for a meal. the original black brain catsu was recommended and the teig was crispy while the black was still juicy. large proportions, although the prices on the higher side (to be fair, most places are now pricier.) it took some time for eating though they were not busy, although if they are in a hurry, this could be a problem.
