Paid for a large group booking with deposit. Group ordered their own food and about of it was delivered. Manager was extremely patronising and antagonising. Genuinely a disgrace to the term customer service'. In his eyes the customer was always wrong. Having lived in London for several years, Katzenjammer was always a great spot for Friday night beers. Visited the venue last week for a friends party and never experienced such poor management and service. Despite being very quiet, staff were unable to keep track of...drink orders. Food that was ordered around did not show up until (only after we had to prove to the manager that we actually ordered food using our banking apps). This is the worst experience I have had in a bar or restaurant in London. Went with a large group of friends and ordered food. mins went by and or people had received theirs but nobody else. We complained only for the...Manager to completely lose it and shout at us, tell us our food had been sent to a different table and that we were lying and had clearly eaten it. He was the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. Avoid this place you will have a terrible night!
the personal and so-called manager were appalling. her job stank. we were served by the most rude lady. I asked myself to speak with a manager and she came with another look, provided I would not notice that it was the same person. when I spoke to the one who was to be the manager, they could not take care of themselves less and refused to serve me. this bar should be amazing. Unfortunately, it was not and I recommend spending their money in a more suitable cash. really ruined my night

Possibly one of the worst experiences I've had out. Long queues to order food which then never arrived. When challenged, the manager simply laughed, said that customer service isn't his problem, and failed to sort anything. Showing mobile banking apps to evidence the payments wasn't...good enough. Simply shocking management even the bouncers agreed he has a screw loose. If you're thinking of coming here for a good night, don't bother.
The manager is the one of the slimiest, scabby, lying weasels that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. To be fair the sausages I got (that he was claiming I hadn’t paid for mins before while calling me a liar to my face...and laughing) were excellent. As I frequently reminded him, he is a c**t.
Avoid at all costs! We aren't fussy foodies.but the food here was appalling! We will not go back we advise others never to go , dk.not waste your money as we.did.
hard to write signs. only one has to say that eating is disgusting and the managers and peculiarities should be ashamed.
