When I went to Bagnolet, I discovered this Haitian food-truck, 1min from the metro exit. I didn't know this kitchen at all and I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. I tasted the star of local street-food: the fritay, the spicy spicy pork shoulder (but not relieved) and not fat, banana cakes greedy uuultra plantains and a ptite marinated cabbage salad. Nice discovery also of djondjon rice, a colorful black rice and scented by a Haitian mushroom that the chef advised me to eat with a tomato sauce and onions.
