I spent $50 on two rolls and a chicken dish for takeout, but the experience was disappointing. The food was packaged extremely messily, with teriyaki sauce spilled everywhere. The rolls looked hastily made, as if they were put together in just 30 seconds. To top it off, the soy sauce container was the smallest I've ever seen. When I reached out to request at least a partial refund, I was denied and treated quite rudely. I definitely won't be coming back.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! We often order takeout, and it's always ready by the time we arrive. During my last visit, I decided to sit at the bar for a drink while I waited. The service was spot on; I received my drink promptly, placed my food order, and then was given the perfect amount of space to enjoy my book. It was just what I needed, and the sushi here is consistently fresh and delicious. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
The menu offers a solid variety of food. As someone who used to be allergic to seafood and doesn’t eat it now, I’ve tried almost all the meat dishes, and they’ve all been excellent! It’s also refreshing to find one of the few places that doesn’t add crab or imitation crab to their cheese wontons; they are truly some of the best I’ve ever had. Kazoku Sushi has become a favorite of mine, and the staff has always been welcoming and friendly.
Not sure how to feel about the overall experience. I went there for lunch. I ordered pieces of sashimi, knowing they came two a piece. The pieces of fish they delivered me were so huge it was unbelievable. Almost an inch thick, each piece was like a small fish steak. So I guess I could say great value for the money. Sushi was good, service not so much. Had to go to the front counter multiple times to get menus, refills, etc. There was only 2 other tables when we went so there should be no excuse for poor service. When sushi arrived, waiter rushed through the names of each roll and walked away before we could ask anything else. Had no clue what we were eating, but rolls were pretty good!

Recently experienced an amazing dinner at this facility. We were a party of 6. The service was amazing! The food was fresh, Drinks were fantastic! We will definitely be going back to this establishment. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We only got takeout this time, but i would definitely come back again and eat in the restaurant next time because the atmosphere seemed cute. All the rolls were great, but we liked the shrimp tempura and rainbow rolls the most
