First visit over the holidays was splendid and stopped in today in hopes for a repeat. Their hours have changed (hopefully temporarily) and I was informed that it is for this reason that they don't make as many in quantity or variety they didn't have a particular coffee cake that I was hoping to get. As a consolation I was going to buy a sweet roll but was told that they don't accept card payments for transactions under $10. I ended up walking out empty handed which was sad, but gained a lesson. Please learn from me and call in advance to ensure that they'll have what you're going there for (if it's for something specific) and bring cash if you're spending less than $10 to avoid a wasted tri...
This bakery has been open for 33 years and although I am related, you would think I'd be sick of donuts and bakery goods. The donuts are made fresh every night, the staff works incredibly hard and they pour their heart in to their work. I get Dunkin and stop at other local places since I live in the city, but nothing will ever compare to the fresh donuts I've been eating since 1990 I always speak highly of the bakery and am proud to say my Aunt and Uncle have made many people happy customers. You can't go wrong with a sugar twist or long john, nothing else beats it!
As an aficionado of apple fritters, I've sampled them from various places, but today I experienced perfection at Kean's. They were crispy and sweet—absolutely not mushy or bland. My favorite pastry has finally found a home. Additionally, the staff was cheerful and welcoming. It was fantastic!
Incredible staff and delicious food! The cookies are absolutely to die for, and the raspberry coffee cakes are the best I've ever had. It's definitely worth the trip from Indiana; this is always our first stop!

Fantastic local bakery! The donuts are unbeatable! The cookies and coffee cakes are out of this world. Be sure to arrive early for the best selection, as they sell out quickly!
I love donuts. Do-rite, Vault, Glazed and Infused .... but these are the best. Great local place with treats you can't get at a chain bakery.
