A nice little discovery at L'Arbesle, on the banks of the Turdine. The welcome is very nice: coming, eager to take the order correctly, coffees offered, easy communication. Level food: marinated veal meat and prepared home with spices (rare of today, often, meat blocks are prepared in laboratory and frozen, with a heated bread, and a sauce in perfectly adjusted quantity for not that the taste of meat disappears behind that of sauces (I had taken white herd-sauce . Fries are not homemade (damage but good. Sauce is apart from what makes you can do as you want. The coffee is ground at the last moment and frankly well dominated.
