2016/10/16<br/ <br/ It was dinner time on Sunday and we decided to give Kebab Time a try. This used to be a coffee shop, and still features a a counter and kitchen behind, so when we walked in we weren't sure if you ordered at the counter. However, a host quickly got our attention and got us seated at a table, with menus.<br/ <br/ Although the menu did not seem to me to be in any logical order, their Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine has four main offerings: Kebabs, Doners (similar to shawarma), Fish and Pide (Turkish flatbread), with several varieties of each available. it was my first time here with my family and it was amazing! as soon as we walked in the servers were so caring and loving. they recommended us food since we werent too familiar with turkish food and even introduced us to the head chef. they made sure we were happy and the food was amazing and delicious. it was a little pricey but they gave a lot of portions. my mom, dad and myself could not finish our plate we had to take it home! glad we came to try this resturant. my mom loved it so much she is planning to go back with her friends ?

I asked for a glass of Tap water to my surprise, he claimed that the restaurant does not serve tap water and I have to buy bottled water. This practice was odd and I never heard about it in Canada. Then I asked for an empty glass which he again denied to provide me an empty glass. The food arrived one by one and it took 45 minutes to get almost all and by 7:45 one meal was still missing. We checked and we discovered that he forgot to place that order even though we had tw had the order number.

It’s a good food and dessert, but they were busy and understaff. Their customer service was awful. We ordered Baklava. The waitress told us he brings the specials one, but he didn’t mentioned that it was more expensive than the other ones . They didn’t have the Baklava in the menu. He said because you are very good customer I want to bring a special one, but his aim was earn more money! I gave one star because at the end I was not good mood when I left restaurant.

I've been to another kebab restaurant literally ajacent to Kebab Time. Although I like the the other place it has not won my repeated business. Although not bad but has not attracted me back frequently. Kebab Time serves up not only some tasty kebabs but other tasty delights!

Went for lunch on a Sunday. Ordered chicken shish plate and a kebab time special. The chicken was so tender and juicy and portions were generous. The service was very friendly and welcoming. The complimentary teas was a nice finish to the meal. I will surely be back.

Pros:Excellent services, especially there is a Persian girl who is very helpful and friendly.The atmosphere is cozy and intimate.A portion of food is quite enough for the price.Cons:Poor food quality and not gourmet

Visited them on Sunday for lunch. Restaurant was pretty packed up. Every walk in was being attended by the staff quickly. Service was quick and food was tasty too!

A wonderful experience! 5 star service from the restaurant manager. We even met the head chef, who came out for feedback.
