I always talk someone else into splitting the fries with me because there are way too many. And they aren 't really fries, they 're a potato cut into strips lengthwise and that 's it. But they 're so perfectly brown. Get Feta Dressing when you go to dip them in if it doesn 't come with your meal. In fact, get the zazeeki sauce too. Its all good. I don t visit Jackson often, but when i do, I eat lunch at Keifer 's. I don 't visit Jackson often, but when i do, one item on my to do list is have lunch at Keifer 's. The new place is wonderful, the staff, remain attentive and the food, is just as good as ever. I always start with an order of Hummus, have the original lamb gyro, and a cold beer, or perhaps a tea. The drink is the only variable in this lunch for me. My wife, daughter, son, all love the food here and we all stop in when we are in town. My mother in law, does not care for the Hummus. I picked up an office in jackson today. they love the place and it's close to their office. they had a good amount to lunch so it must be pretty good. I didn't have to wait long for our order. I had a grilled chicken battle that was a pita I think. it was pretty good of a little chaos. the Greek pommes were slandered and I was not the mood for them. but I had thanked many that I brought them to lunch and I know they had salads and packing, so I would say that it is a good place to eat.
Whenever I am in town, Keifer's wrap is a must-have for me. It always takes me back to the first time I tried it in the late 80s. I used to eat at Keifer's often during college and even after I graduated and lived in Jackson. The location may have changed slightly, but the taste remains just as delicious as ever. Thank you, Keifer's, for always being my favorite restaurant in Jackson, MS!

The service, food, beers, and atmosphere were all fantastic. The manager seemed to be single-handedly running the restaurant with great skill. The kitchen also deserves praise for getting our delicious food out quickly. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I will definitely be returning.
We got there at 1 pm, the place was packed, I had a large party and we had a meeting at 2. I asked if they could get us in and out. They sat us right away and hustled. The drinks came quickly and so did the food which was good as usual. Amazingly, we were out by 1:30.
