The sea salmon in Biertig was very tender and very powerful the Remoulade was unfortunately somewhat strong oversatured with rag onions even at the roast potatoes the chef at Lauchzwiebeln did not save the hosting was very attentive and very fast and nice thanks

A very maritime ambience with a feel-good character. Cosy atmosphere combined with very guests-friendly operation and palate delights. I've eaten a lot of fish soups, but this noble fish pot was a taste explosion. We are guaranteed repeaters!

Very recommended! The local is very sweet, the team very friendly. The fish selection is very good. With supplements (incl. the portions are also really big and the preparation really good. We have had a huge pleasure, happy again!

We were here on Saturday and had a nice evening. The food, the friendly service and the ambience deserve 5 stars. Have we all felt comfortable, there is something new on the walls everywhere, in the museum restaurant .
