Kellers Wirtshaus - Reservar una mesa

We ended up here by coincidence while cycling along the Saar. The terrasse is nice for people who cannot afford a fancy dinner inside the hotel or for people who like us who are cycling along the river and need something to eat. We had...Flammekuchen and a salad and the food was ok, something you can expect in a place like this. What I mean, it is not to die for, but it was fresh and tasty. The waiters picked up our orders very quickly, but we had to wait a while for the Flammekuchen. People who had ordered salads got their food more quickly. Might be good to know if you are in a hurry. We can come back here for a lunch, or for a dinner at the hotel.

Perfect hearty fare after a day cycling along the Saar. Great location in the beer garden and very accommodating with children. The only problem was the service was a little slow but it was an extremely busy day as a public holiday,

We sat inside, very nice and cozy decorated. Service prompt and friendly. Food and wine/beer excellent, spacial requests accommodated. Dogs allowed. We would definitely come here again.

Good food, german specialities in a very nice ambiance (with fireplace). Service is friendly but a bit slow.
