Kenko Hibachi - Reservar una mesa

I’m not one to leave a bad review for a business unless our experience was very dissatisfying. The service was really bad but the food was decent! Apart from that, our toddler was sitting on the booth and when we were about to leave she moves down so she could get up. Well, they didn’t have their booth cushions attached to the wooden booth. So as our daughter moves to a place where she can get up the entire booth cushion comes off and throws her on the ground. She hits her head and of course is screaming. The owner comes out along with all the employees and they just stare at us. There’s no oh I’m so sorry but they just stare as my husband proceeds to tell them they need to fix their booths....

First time I tried this place, just a few weeks ago, I was in the mood for some nice, fresh sushi! I ordered a Shrimp Tempura and California Roll.The 1 thing I can't stand in sushi is when the seaweed is soggy!! Hence; I only purchase FRESH sushi. I paid $15 and still received soggy seaweed wraps. I'm assuming they made it fresh, since it took over 10 minutes to make, but I'm not sure as all the cooking is done in a backroom with curtains so you cannot see what's going on (not like your typical open sushi counter).Maybe it was fresh, the other parts tasted fresh. It's possible the rice was just too wet, I don't know? I personally would not go back here to order sushi maybe the other food is...

I have been going to Kenko Hibachi since 2021. Recently, while traveling, I ordered from another hibachi restaurant. I will not do that again. It was horrible. Kenko Hibachi has my taste buds spoiled with their delicious dinners. They have the right mix of ingredients that are so pleasing.Kenko Hibachi, I am about to relocate to Glen Allen Virginia. Please consider opening a restaurant there so that I can continue to enjoy your dinners.Loving your food,Kim P

This is a great place if you want to just relax, it has a coffee shop like atmosphere.The staff is not extremely attentive but they are very kind.I will have to go back and review them again at some point but overall I would suggest this place for anyone that has a little extra time.

I got takeout for me and my family. We got 3 large platters. The total came out to 44$, and when we opened up the boxes there was next to no meat in them. I paid 50 dollars after taxes to not feed my family. One starParking: Fine parking.
