This is more feedback than a poor review. My husband grew up coming to Kenmore lanes and had a lot of good memories here. My husband and I called a month in advanced to ask if there are reservations needed to go bowling on a Sunday to celebrate a family members birthday. The person we talked to over the phone told us there are no reservations allowed, it’s first come first serve. We arrive at 4:30pm a month later on a Sunday (today), and the person working the desk told us that you actually CAN make reservations, 2 days in advanced. My husband and I were in here last week and had a wonderful experience Although we didn’t come here to bowl, we did come here to grab a quick bite. It was our first time here since recently moving to Kenmore from Federal Way, and it will definitely not be our last. The food and staff were amazing and I want to especially give a shout out to a wonderful young woman, I believe her name was Megan--she was very friendly, accommodating and provided such excellent service to us It was a very welcoming experience. I personally don’t see or come across such great customer service like this often, especially in this day and age, as we did here thank you! Elsie G.

This business needs to do a quality and character check with its employees--direct stories and evidence of them giving profiling and refusing to serve some good folks who happen to be Native. Gross and embarrassing for this business. Even in the event that it turns out to be motivated by something other than racism, the video I saw showed an unprofessional and disrespectful staff

We visited on Saturday at 9:20 PM last weekend. After just 10 minutes, the entire system froze, and no more points were counted. It looked like they attempted to fix the issue, but they couldn’t resolve it. So, I ended up paying $100 for what, exactly? Had a great night. They have food, drinks, pool, bowling and arcade. My husband wasn’t happy because I kicked his booty in bowling but overall a great time.

Went for the When Furballs Strike event and had an absolute blast bowling, checking out the arcade and seeing all of the fuzzy animal people!

Classic bowling alley, which I love, great bar, and they have the best waffle fries I have ever had!

Friendly folks. Autumn who works the food counter Saturday mornings is wonderful.
