I traveled from DC to pick up an order of Chinese food and a Steak n Cheese (SC) from Kenny's Chinese Restaurant in MD. Arrived home only to find out my SC was prepared wrongly (added tomato and lettuce.I am allergic to tomato). I explained to manager, I do not live near to come back and time is of the esscense. Manager stated, come back when back in the area and they will remake SC.I asked if there was a timeframe, he said no. Just provide phone number to pick up remake SC. When I called 4 to 5 days later, the Manager or establishment would not honor what they said to me. Also added a timeframe on it. Made all excuses why they would not correct the wrong that was made or honor what was stat...
This was such a horrible experience!!!! I will NEVER eat here again. Yesterday 03/23/2022) on my lunch break I went and tried this place. I ordered Orange Chicken off the lunch special and I only took about 4/5 bites because the orange chicken tastedhard and crunchy. So time goes by it?s 9pm now, my stomach was turning into knots and I threw up. My throw up was white and Iseen a piece of orange skin in it as well. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!! Idk what they put in the food but it?s not right. I almostthrew my whole stomach up. Oh and my throat feels like it?s on fire
Great customer service. Great pepper steak. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rice tasted a bit scorched. I won?t let that stop me from returning! Wonderful, hard working staff! Came here after a horrible experience atKobe?s Japanese Restaurant and another horrible experience at Copper Canyon Grill (all in the same night) Thank you Kenny?s foraccommodating us and restoring our faith in the customer service in that area.
Call in order. Paid for it, picked it up. Started home and got a call from my partner saying they forgot the sauce (but they’ll bring it out to me, they say). If get there, put my hazards on. No response. After calling in there and transferred to an unhelpful manager, I finally just went in there and got the sauce. Get home. Finally sit down to eat the cheesesteak. Almost choke to death on a plastic bread tie. My last time eating here!

This by far is the nastiest Chinese food I ever ate. I specifically asked for small wings and they gave me the largest out the bunch. The Lo-mein didn't have any flavor no broth or anything. The cocktail sauce was so spicy- I would never in my life eat from here. The atmosphere is crowded in the back- I was so hungry before I got there-that was the easiest 36.00 I was robbed of without a ski mask and weapon.
Don?t be thrown off by the name. And (this one is more for me and what I?ve experienced don?t be thrown off because this doesn?t look like a hole in the wall (because those have always been the best ones in my experience. Great atmosphere andexceptional food. You will NOT be disappointed!
All the mixed reviews are crazy lol. Been going here for a couple months now. We just get the veggie egg roll, pork egg roll, veggie rice, and general tso chicken with pork fried rice combo. 10/10 every time. It’s delicious. Their homemade sweet tea is FIRE!
Delivery is horrible. I was quoted 50 minutes delivery time. After 1 hr, I called and was told the delivery manager would call us back. My wife had to call back 20 minutes later to hear the same thing. Good food. Bad delivery.

Ordered Singapore Chow Mei Fun and I repeated told them no shrimp, they going to send me one with it and crab. I am allergic to seafood. They don't listen at all! Makes no sense.
The best chinese american carry out in the area… Always fresh… I really love the chicken noodle soup, the broth is the winner.
