Good but not great. I’ve been to various Kenzo locations and they just lack a certain something that makes ramen one of my favourite foods. Don’t get me wrong— it’s a good bowl of soup. The tantan mien was good and serves its purpose as a hearty bowl of soup. The black tonkotsu was tasty as well. I found that both dishes lacked a bit of flavour. The noodles themselves were okay and came in large quantity. A bit cheap on the toppings though; two leaves of baby bok choy and a single cut of bamboo shoot just doesn’t do it for me.. even adding an extra egg for $1 only gets you HALF an egg. I went to Kenzo with a couple of friends. I must say I was not disappointed at all. We ordered couple of items from the menu. Like each one of us ordered something different and we all loved what we ordered. I ordered Sapporo vegetarian ramen and I fell in love with it. From taste to serving everything was superb. It had an authentic ramen taste to. The picture I am attaching is the from one of the rice dish that my friend ordered it was served with miso soup, I tried it and even that was amazing. Would definitely recommend trying this place.

I always enjoy my Ramen here. The restaurant is in a busy plaza but there is ample parking.There are not a lot of seats but we’ve never had to wait. It appears that many people order takeout. It is not generally a place for a quiet dinner but the energy is fun as everyone engages in their own conversations.I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. It’s always delicious. I love how it comes with two little jars of peppers/spices. You can make it as spicy as you wish!!We also tried the 6 piece Gyoza which were very tasty.

This is some of the best Ramen I have ever had! I had the King of Kings 3 nights in a row because it was so delicious. If you're in Guelph and enjoy a good bowl of Ramen noodles, I highly recommend trying Kenzo. It was amazing! The prices are very fair and the staff was extremely friendly. This is one of the best meals I have had this year! Meaty, veggies, egg, and the staff replaced half the ramen with bean sprouts. Soo, so delicious ? I didn't want to spoil my late supper out with family, so I didn't order seconds. Check it out. My gawd I want another bowl ? right now, so I have to leave...6 ? for food and service.

Best place for Japanese ramen in Guelph, hands down. All other places are not as authentic (as of March 2022). The dishes come out piping hot, the broth is flavorful and the noodles are cooked just right. The gyozas are also amazing! Love the tonkotsu andspicy chasiu.

This restaurant is always delicious! We especially enjoy the chicken appetizer, and the portion size of the ramen is generous. The food consistently tastes fresh and is served piping hot. I would highly recommend this place. Additionally, the server is great.

Very good service, large selection of ramen from vegetarian to meat to seafood. Good portion with reasonable pricing. The only complaint would be the cleanliness of their washroom, sticky floor and only a single working toilet. Reserva una mesa ahora

The ramen and chicken karaage at Netsu are fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the Tantan noodles - they were too salty and had only a small amount of ground pork.

Kenzo is my go-to takeout spot! I've ordered many times and the amazing taste/freshness/quality is consistent! The pick-up times are fairly quick and staff are courteous.
