I was spoken to like dirt waited for food that wasn’t right asked the lady to correct the order point blank told me I was the one in the wrong gave me the right food in the end didn’t ask if I wanted salad or sours with any of my food didn’t ask if I would like salt and vinegar on chips simple chippy question lol !! Then decide she would like to have a argument in front of other customers I simply asked for a refund back and walked of with abusing workers still trying to speak to me terrible service others was in the same trouble not the right orders but got told they was in the wrong ! Disgusting behaviour from the lady workers in there no self control at all
3 Times in the last month has Just eat sent the wrong items. More than often it Crispy Cod Telford. Twice i have received the wrong order, i have phoned and phoned, no answer. I have a disability so cant go to the shop to get it sorted out. The driver said it wasnt his fault, surely they much be checking the tickets against the the food they are delivering. I said to the driver if i order a taxi and it takes me to the wrong are do i pay him NO!!. As i have paid him as the driver to deliver he should ensure he has the correct address for each order. Had to send a neighbour to sort it for me.
This chippy is excellent! After reading some negative reviews, I was skeptical, but after trying it for myself, I can't imagine we're talking about the same place. Many of the negative reviews seem to come from people who ordered delivery from third-party services, where it's hard to determine who is at fault. I recommend going in person, ordering your own food, and taking it away. I had the best chips, chicken kebab, and my family was thrilled too!
I went to order food at this restaurant and asked for a simple pie, chips, and a drink. I also requested chicken meat and chips, but I only received the pie. When I brought this up to the staff, they informed me that I had to pay extra for the chips and the chicken meat was of poor quality. The flavor was terrible and I ended up throwing it away. When I tried to complain, they dismissed my concerns and provided very poor service.

Just got home with food for my family only to find the CHICKEN wrap that was for my wife was DONNER MEAT, she hates lamb so had to make do with a few chips. This was not an online order, I was stood at the counter. How hard is it to get the correct meat in a chicken wrap. That is the second time they got my order wrong, last week there were items missing.
Disgusting attitude on the ladies working there orders was all wrong took so long to even get a bag of chips chicken burgers was that long I could have drove home and made them faster once they was cooked and thrown in the bag with out even covering right ! Once home and opened realised the chicken still frozen in the middle
What used to be the best chippy around for Miles as sadly turned into the worst. Greasy food pitta bread replaced with naan. Not been happy for a couple trips but tonight definitely decided will NOT be returning
I stood around for 4 minutes in what I assumed was the right spot, but I was completely ignored. Another person walked in and was served right away.
