This is by far the best sandwich shop I have ever visited. I have been here multiple times now, and each visit has been exceptional. The ingredients are very fresh and the bread is amazing. The service is top-notch, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to order online. The staff at the counter are always friendly. I highly recommend this place - 10/10!
Really good sandwiches on awesome Kettle rolls. We had a roast beef and a pastrami reuben. Service was slow and it was not busy. Also asked to have my sandwich cut in half because wanted to bring half home and serving girl had some attitude about her having to do that for me. Not good customer service for a first time impression.
The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I would give a four and a half star rating for the atmosphere, but the temperature in the restaurant was 86° on one of the hottest days. I can only imagine how much hotter it must have been in the grill area for the staff.
